Factory LLC, located in south Bethlehem, PA, contacted SahlComm to help with their community outreach efforts. The goal was to increase visibility through public relations and event outreach. The Factory is a team of experienced operators who acquire meaningful equity stakes in high potential food, beverage, and pet health companies. They recently set up shop in an old Bethlehem Steel plant building and remodeled it into a fantastic place to work. They wanted to showcase some of their signature events and asked the SahlComm team to join with them to increase visibility. The six-month outreach project was so successful, the Factory team hired on SahlComm to work with each of their top brands.

The company was expanding its headquarters to the Lehigh Valley and reached out to SahlComm to help with an awareness campaign and a warehouse launch event. SahlComm worked with the CEO of Stuffed Puffs and senior leaders to put together an outstanding launch event, which featured entertainment professionals as well as government dignitaries. SahlComm coordinated and executed the event providing staging, sound, lights and awareness support.

Martin Guitar called SahlComm in to do a crisis communications audit, conduct a training drill and then develop a proper plan for Crisis Communication moving forward. SahlComm worked with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to accomplish an audit, an amazing drill that took on real-life possibilities and completed a 3-year plan. SahlComm brought in trained media people from around the world and spent a day inside C. F. Martin’s situation room conducting a mock press interview. SahlComm currently remains C. F. Martin’s Crisis Communication Team.
